Spring signups for travel teams will be held at the Carver library on:

November 17th and December 4th from 6-8 pm

NOTE: Dec 4th is the DEADLINE for travel team signups.  There is no guarantee of placement after this date.

Tryouts may be held for age groups with more than one team.  The board is working on a policy for tryouts and will post it here, on the website, once it is finalized.  

You may register my mail, if you already have a Nike uniform(the same as Spring/Fall 08).  If your player does not have a uniform, please plan on attending one of the library signups.

WE NEED COACHES!!!  The Jungleplex will be offering a series of coaching clinics prior to the beginning of the Spring season.  If you are currently or are interested in becoming a coach for U8 or U10, please contact Kathy at carveryouthsoccer@yahoo.com.  Instruction will include basic drills, how to run practice, game basics and more.  There will be classroom as well as field instruction.  This is being offered to CYSA only and all coaches are highly encouraged to attend!!  We will post more information when it becomes available.

REFEREE INFORMATION

All referees must complete the ref recertification course each year.  The Grade 8&9 recert course will be held in Plymouth on 1/25 from 8:30-1:00.  Please register early to guarantee a spot.  No payment is due at the time of registration, CYSA will pay for the course that day.  If you take the course at another location, you will be reimbursed.

If you are interested in upgrading to a Grade 8, you can take the bridge course in Plymouth on 1/24 or 3/8 from 9-4.  You must meet age/experience requirements.  See the ref website or contact Kathy at carveryouthsoccer@yahoo.com for more information.
